Main Purpose of Job
Secure brand positioning, delight target consumers monitor market evolution, develop studies, analyse Market share to generate strong brand building results.
Key Outputs:
• List the main results which the job must deliver to achieve its purpose.
• Write brand plans and ensure completion of activities to achieve business objectives.
• Position brand and reinforce brand equity, plan, and execute ATL campaigns & BTL activations.
• Know the consumer deeply (Target the right consumers/ shoppers and understand their insights & Perceptions)
• Implement Brand Portfolio Strategy & Monitor Price Strategy for each brand and format (Promotion events…)
• Position a strong I&R Plan to match consumer needs.
• Manage the implementation of brand plans. Understand business impact & manage PFME investments.
• Manage relation with advertising agencies.
• Ensure full compliancy with Nestle Policy & best practices & ensure full compliance to company rules.
• Roll out CSV activities.
Key Experiences:
• BS Degree in Marketing (MBA or Ms is a plus)
• Minimum 6+ years and plus experience in Marketing Function at Nestle or
equivalent FMCG
Or minimum 4 years’ experience in CCSD/Trade Marketing
• Brand Knowledge & Management + Consumer, shopper & Market
knowledge
