The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and boost sales. This role requires a creative, results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the travel industry and digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote travel packages, tours, and services.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Manage the agency’s website and online presence, ensuring updated content and engaging visuals.
- Organize promotional events, travel fairs, and partnerships with travel bloggers, influencers, and vendors.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Oversee the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize ROI.
- Manage and mentor junior marketing staff or external agencies as required.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for travel and understanding of travel trends and customer preferences.
