Responsibilities:
• Welcome and greet customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Organising the store, picking up clothes
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory
• Discover customers’ needs and wants
• Managing cash registers
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Arranging special orders and managing the customer database
Requirements & Skills:
• High school degree or higher
• Proficiency in English
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Computer Skills (Data Entry – Excel – Word - & other internet apps)
• Presentable, friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Basic administration & Email writing skills
