Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly as they enter the venue.
Manage the reservation system and waitlist, both in person and via phone.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Communicate with servers and management to monitor table turnover and guest flow.
Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage seating charts efficiently.
Handle special guest requests (birthdays, seating preferences, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance.
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Uphold appearance standards, wearing the assigned uniform and maintaining grooming guidelines.
Support the service team when needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
