• Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Maintain and update general ledger entries and ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile accounts (bank, credit card, vendor, etc.) on a monthly basis.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and year-end financial reports.
• Support the senior accounting team
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and analyze accounting data to identify discrepancies.
• Maintain and organize accounting files, ensuring they are updated and readily available.
• Handle basic administrative duties related to accounting functions.
• Assist with Inventory department for their processes
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Familiar with Lebanese Chart of Account
Microsoft Office Excel (pricing and formulas)
