This is a full-time on-site role
The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company's insurance products (focusing on Life products such as pension plans, group life plans, keyman insurance...)

Insurance Industry knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
