• English language is a must.
• Living in or near Beirut.
• Bachelor Degree in Business management, Supply chain or related major.
• Proven 3-4 years of work experience in procurement & logistics.
• High Respect for Ethical standards & confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Duties & responsibilities:
• Executing all necessary procurement & logistics procedures, including paperwork and documentation required within the Contracting Sector to ensure smooth operations.
• Researching and identifying potential suppliers for goods and services required, ensuring high-quality products and services are sourced efficiently.
• Communicating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services in alignment with agreed terms and conditions, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Managing ongoing communication with suppliers to monitor order status, resolve product/service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, streamline processes, and suggest improvements to enhance overall efficiency and profitability.
• Ensuring all procurement & logistics activities align with organizational policies, as well as relevant laws and regulations, to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
• Offering support to other departments with procurement-related queries and requests, coordinating with the procurement manager to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
