A food company located in Shoueifat, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented female Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries related to our products and services.
Responsibilities:
-Receive, document, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
-Coordinate with colleagues and the Customer Service Manager (CSM) to ensure efficient delivery of products, services, and information.
-Process customer requests, orders, and complaints accurately.
-Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers and suppliers at all times.
-Record and manage all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
-Screen and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate team or department.
-Update and analyze various customer service reports and data sheets.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System and contribute to ongoing improvements.
-Assist with general administrative tasks, filing, and documentation as required.
-Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sciences, or a related field.
Alternatively, proven experience in a customer support or service role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry.
-Fluency in **Arabic** and **English** (spoken and written) is required.
-French is a plus
