Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives, manage digital platforms, create compelling presentations, prepare pricing materials, and leverage AI tools to enhance marketing performance. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital (email, social media, SEO, paid ads) and offline (events, print) channels.
• Price List Management: Prepare and regularly update product price lists for internal teams and client distribution.
• Website Management: Update website content, coordinate with developers/designers, and ensure the site reflects current offerings and campaigns.
• PowerPoint & Presentation Development: Design and develop impactful PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, internal briefings, and events.
• Content Creation: Create engaging marketing content including blog articles, social media posts, brochures, and newsletters.
• Social Media Management: Manage brand presence on social platforms; create content calendars, post, and analyze engagement.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and industry trend monitoring to inform strategy.
• AI & Marketing Tools: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, analytics platforms) for content creation, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing KPIs, website traffic, and campaign ROI; prepare regular performance reports.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials align with brand tone and visual identity.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email automation, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools and basic data analytics.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
