On behalf of our client in Senegal - Dakar, we are seeking to recruit an "Administrative and Financial Director".
Key Responsibilities:
● Define and improve administrative management and accounting monitoring procedures;
● Develop and implement performance dashboards;
● Implement financial techniques essential for the company’s development and protection;
● Analyze and interpret variances; recommend solutions and report to senior management;
● Ensure the short-, medium-, and long-term efficiency of all financial functions of the organization;
● Prepare and develop the budget;
● Ensure monthly budget monitoring and payroll validation;
● Oversee supplier payments;
● Supervise the teams under their responsibility;
● Monitor performance indicators and implement improvement actions;
● Carry out any other tasks required within the scope of the role.
Skills required:
● Proficiency in accounting and management software;
● Knowledge of general and analytical accounting;
● Knowledge of tax regulations;
● Ability to communicate and negotiate with various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields preferred.
● Previous experience in same role.
● Fluent in Arabic; French and English
