Location: Aintoura - Keserwan
Schedule: Full-time from Monday to Friday (8.00 AM - 5.00 PM)
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and organize events (closing/graduation ceremony, seminar, exhibitions…)
• Organize launching and graduation events, meetings and focus groups
• Represent the organization in meetings and working groups and negotiate potential collaborations
• Contact external agencies and media experts in case of media exposure
• Prepare written communication materials (emails, minutes of meetings, press releases…)
• Coordinate with the audiovisual officer and other team members
• Post on Social media activities related to shareQ
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, public relations, advertising, or a related field
• Proven minimum of 3 years of experience in the field
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and social media platforms).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience in NGOs or similar corporate services is a plus.
