Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest service in our 4-star hotel located in Beirut.
The ideal candidate is experienced, service-oriented, and capable of handling the day-to-day operations of the front office with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the front desk and guest services
• Manage and train reception staff, schedule shifts, and ensure performance standards
• Ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process and excellent guest experience
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation
• Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Front Office Manager or in a supervisory front desk role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English (French or Arabic is a plus)
• Presentable, professional, and customer-focused
• Hands-on experience with Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• Flexible schedule – able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
