We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and creative candidate to join our team as an Operations & Marketing Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to support both the behind-the-scenes operations and the brand’s public presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Social Media Content Creation & Management
Create engaging and visually appealing content (photos, reels, stories) aligned with the brand identity.
Post on Instagram & TikTok.
Engage with the online community by responding to messages, comments, and DMs.
2-Event & Photoshoot Support
Assist with planning, logistics, and organization of pop-ups, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Be present during events to manage setup, customer interactions, and on-the-ground operations as needed.
Assist in professional photoshoots by helping with setup, styling, coordination, and behind-the-scenes content.
3-Website Management & Data Entry
Upload and update product listings on the website, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and photos.
Monitor inventory levels on the website and provide a weekly stock report.
4-Delivery & Logistics Coordination
Liaise with our delivery partners to track shipments, resolve delays, and ensure timely customer deliveries.
Communicate stock levels and restocking needs with the relevant internal and external parties.
The ideal candidate is:
Organized, creative, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with the latest trends
Comfortable appearing on camera and in content when needed
Skilled in trending social media tools (Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Reels)
A passion for jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle branding is a strong bonus!
Additional Details:
The role is mainly remote unless needed for in-person meetings, events, photoshoots, or training.
Must use personal laptop for work
