Delivery Team Leader - noknok
noknok is hiring Delivery Team Leaders to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule delivery drivers
- Monitor performance metrics (on-time rate, customer satisfaction, acceptance ratio)
- Manage and reconcile driver wallets daily
- Handle real-time delivery issues and escalate as needed
- Recruit, train, and onboard new drivers
- Ensure team compliance with safety, hygiene, and uniform standards
- Communicate with operations, customer service, and fleet managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years in F&B, delivery, logistics, or operational roles
- Proficiency with delivery apps and basic reporting
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and comfortable with mobile/desktop tools
