Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and memorable experience for guests. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and order, and ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
o Prepare beverages for guests as per internal policies and recipes.
o Interact with guests, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks.
o Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
o Ensure payment is processed for guests in coordination with cashiers.
o Supports in inventories periodically as per internal policies.
o Ensure all bar equipment are maintained in good shape and report any malfunction where needed.
o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, equipment, and utensils.
o Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
o Abide to proper grooming and hygiene standards at all times; comply with health and safety regulations.
o Create interactive and engaging offerings that will immerse guests into the experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender in a food and beverage concept
- Formal bartending training or mixology certification.
- Knowledge in bar inventory management and cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure for long periods on time
- Integrity and reliability
