Key Responsibilities:
• •Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role (minimum 5 years).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and develop strategic action plans.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
