Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation and management of detailed Revit models for complex projects.
• Oversee the preparation and review of architectural shop drawings and construction packages.
• Ensure BIM coordination with MEP and structural teams.
• Manage and mentor junior staff in Revit standards, drafting quality, and documentation processes.
• Communicate with clients and ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 7+ years of architectural experience with strong expertise in Revit, BIM management, and shop drawing production.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM workflows, and documentation standards.
