Description


Qualifications:
• University degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in administrative and financial role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in French & English .
Familiar with filing systems and document archiving (manual and electronic).
Strong organizational skills and discretion in handling confidential information.
•Having a background in legal or paralegal work.
•Proven experience in office management, ideally having supported senior executives (COO/CFO) in a high-responsibility capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing for all correspondence and records
• Support daily office operations and assist team members with administrative tasks
• Issue invoices and follow up with clients regarding outstanding dues
• Manage and control data entry of accounting transactions
Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management.

Senior Accounting Support (as needed):
• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with IFRS and European standards
• Ensure compliance with international tax laws, VAT regulations, and cross-border protocols
• Support intercompany reconciliations and transfer pricing documentation
• Coordinate with external auditors and legal teams for regulatory compliance
•Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across subsidiaries
