Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) field. The candidate will act as a Sales Engineer responsible for promoting, presenting, and supporting the implementation of solar thermodynamic water heating systems to consultants, contractors, and clients. The role combines technical expertise with business development skills, ensuring both technical accuracy and persuasive communication.


Key Responsibilities
• Consultant Engagement & Presentations
- Visit engineering consultants to introduce and promote solar thermodynamic systems.
- Deliver technical presentations and system demonstrations that highlight product benefits, energy savings, and sustainability value to Hotels and Hospitals.
- Address consultant technical inquiries, clarifications, and compliance requirements.
• Project Support & Calculations
- Prepare comparison sheets between solar thermodynamic systems and conventional heating solutions.
- Conduct ROI (Return on Investment) calculations, payback analysis, and energy savings studies to support client decision-making.
• Sales & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities in hotels, hospitals, and large facilities where solar thermodynamic solutions are applicable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
• Technical Expertise
- Stay updated with international standards and local regulations related to solar thermodynamic and hot water systems.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure system designs meet technical requirements.
- Support after-sales technical discussions and provide guidance to project execution teams when required.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Conduct internal training sessions for junior engineers and sales staff to enhance company-wide understanding of solar thermodynamic systems.


Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the MEP industry with exposure to hot water systems, HVAC, or renewable energy.
• Proven track record in technical sales or pre-sales engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of energy efficiency, renewable systems, and sustainability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD/Revit (preferred).
• Fluency in English.
