We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in a plastic manufacturing factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment used in the production of plastic products. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, as well as experience with manufacturing processes and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Create and improve mechanical designs for plastic manufacturing equipment and tools.
Process Optimization: Analyze manufacturing processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and other engineering teams to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical issues and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of design modifications, maintenance activities, and process improvements.
Compliance: Ensure all mechanical systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or plastic processing environment.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, extrusion).
