Position Overview
The Construction Division Director leads all activities related to building construction (public, private, industrial, and residential projects). The role ensures the division’s growth, adherence to project deadlines, quality, cost, and safety objectives, and maintains strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities
• Define and implement the strategy for the Building Division in alignment with overall company objectives.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of building projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Supervise technical studies and preparation of tender dossiers.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability reporting.
• Lead, motivate, and develop teams of engineers, site managers, and project managers.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Represent the division with clients, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate and secure contracts while maintaining strong partner networks (subcontractors, suppliers, consultants).
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the division’s growth.
• Integrate innovative construction solutions, materials, and digital tools.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adapt to evolving industry standards.

Requirements
• Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction sector, including at least 5 years in project or department management.
• Strong technical expertise in building construction.
• Proven budgetary and financial management skills.
• Excellent leadership, managerial, and interpersonal abilities.
• Results-driven with strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent in French; English proficiency is a plus.
