​Are you a passionate leader with solid management experience, and, most importantly, possess the ability to attract and retain a new customer base and solidify a brand in a new neighborhood? Kudeta Bistro, a well-established institution, is already operating in Badaro and is seeking a Restaurant Manager to consolidate this new phase and ensure rapid, sustainable growth.
​Your Key Role:
​Customer Development: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new customers and maximize the visibility of our new Badaro location (local partnerships, events, promotions).
​Marketing and Branding: Manage the bistro's social media presence and ensure the brand image is strong, engaging, and perfectly integrated within the local community.
​Post-Launch Management: Oversee all daily operations to optimize efficiency after the reopening and ensure excellent customer service.
​Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the team to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals.
​Financial Oversight: Ensure profitability and cost control.
​Your Skills and Experience:
​Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of driving customer growth initiatives and post-relocation success.
​Strong leadership, communication, and local marketing/event planning skills.
​Excellent command of both French and English
​Ability to work under pressure and make sound, commercially-minded decisions.
​A passion for gastronomy, customer service, and the Badaro community.
