DUTIES:
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts to achieve sales objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate products and solutions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, etc.) to deliver client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
- Attend trade shows, events, and client meetings as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (Master’s is a plus).
- Language: Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales in manufacture industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
