Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator with a strong technical background in programming, ERP systems implementation (preferably Oracle), and network/hardware management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure (servers, networks, and hardware).
Implement, configure, and support ERP systems — Oracle experience is a strong plus.
Develop and maintain in-house software tools or scripts to optimize workflow.
Ensure data security, system backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
Provide technical support to staff and coordinate with external vendors when needed.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in IT administration and ERP implementation.
Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP, databases, and business process workflows.
Hands-on experience in programming (e.g., SQL, Python, or Java).
Solid understanding of networking, servers, and hardware troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with virtualization and cloud environments.
Experience integrating ERP with other business systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
