We are looking for a skilled IT Technician with strong experience in both hardware and software support.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware problems and perform routine maintenance. Respond to support requests.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a hands-on IT support role with exposure to both software and hardware environments.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
