Main Responsibilities:
-Section Supervision: Manage and organize your assigned kitchen section
-Food Preparation: Cook and plate dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes
-Quality & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
-Teamwork: Coordinate with other sections and assist commis chefs during service.
-Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, reduce waste, and report shortages to the Sous Chef
-Consistency: Ensure all dishes are uniform in taste, portion, and presentation
