Role Overview
We are hiring fresh biomedical/medical graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience. The role focuses on hospital field visits, supporting product usage, managing follow-ups, and helping close deals.

Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Customer Relationship
Conduct daily field visits to hospitals, operating rooms, and private clinics.
Build strong professional relationships with doctors, nurses, technicians, and purchasing teams.
Schedule product presentations, meetings, and follow-up visits.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Product Demonstration & Clinical Support
Demonstrate medical devices to hospital staff during presentations and training.
Support product usage during clinical cases (after training).
Collect clinical feedback and communicate it internally.
Sales Pipeline & Follow-up
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
Follow up continuously on sales progress (quotation → demo → purchasing process → deal closing).
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer activity.
Tender & Procurement Coordination
Assist with tender submissions, product documentation, and compliance sheets.
Follow up with procurement departments until purchase order issuance.
Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for product availability.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends.
Identify new business opportunities and growth accounts.
Reporting
Submit weekly field activity reports and monthly sales forecasts.
