This hybrid role combines IT support and document management responsibilities. The specialist will serve as the central point of contact for IT-related issues and ensure the proper handling, storage, and accessibility of organizational documents. The goal is to maintain smooth IT operations and robust document control practices that support business continuity and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience in IT support or service delivery roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common productivity tools.
• Familiarity with network protocols, IP addressing, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
• Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL, and working knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11 Administration, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are highly desirable.
• Experience working in environments with distributed infrastructure,
• Exposure to ticketing systems integrated with M365 (e.g., ServiceNow, ManageEngine).
• Strong emphasis on documentation and knowledge base contribution (SharePoint, OneNote).
• Fluent in English & Armenian language is mandatory.
