1 In charge of the processing and manufacturing of the products
2 overseeing the day-to-day operations and monitoring workflow to ensure optimal product quality
3 Analyze delays and production problems
4 Maintain time and production records
5 Motivate and supervise the production staff to ensure daily production targets are achieved
6 Set and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the manufacture of high quality food products
7 Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
8 Determining quality control standards in coordination with the Quality Control department
9 Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment in coordination with the Maintenance
10 Oversee the hiring of technical and non-technical food manufacturing personnel.
11 Maintains a sanitary work environment through following established procedures. Ensures all equipment is maintained and in good working order.
12 Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met
