Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage WhatsApp Cloud API (numbers, tokens, IDs, rate limits).
Set up and secure webhooks, parse all inbound message types, and maintain conversation context.
Send interactive messages, templates, media, and handle template approval & fallback logic.
Build backend workflows with FastAPI or Node.js for webhook ingestion, routing, and authentication.
Integrate OpenAI GPT-4o/mini for chat flows (including Lebanese Arabic).
Implement product search, quotation logic, vendor routing, and catalog delivery on WhatsApp.
Build secure infrastructure with signature validation, retries, concurrency safety, and PostgreSQL event logs.
Use PostgreSQL with strong knowledge of schemas, migrations, and Row-Level Security.
Work with Windows Server, IIS ARR, NSSM, SSL, and PowerShell for deployment.
