Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive showroom revenue.
• Manage showroom presentation, product displays, and stock coordination.
• Lead, train, and supervise the sales team.
• Build relationships with customers, designers, and corporate clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and complaints.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
Requirements
• 3–5 years’ experience in furniture, home décor, or retail sales.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication in Arabic & English.
• Knowledge of furniture materials and interior trends is a plus.
