Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance KPIs.
• Manage cash flow, banking, payments, and treasury functions.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, audit requirements, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide financial analysis to support commercial decisions (tenants, leases, retail performance).
• Supervise and train the finance/accounting team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
• 5–8+ years of experience .
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese accounting standards, taxation, and cash-flow management.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
