Hiring: IT Team Lead (Full-Time, Rotation-Based) – Armenia Site
A well known company Located in Lebanon and Armenia is looking for an experienced IT Team Lead to join its technology department.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor the IT team across service desk, infrastructure, network, and security functions.
• Ensure all helpdesk tickets are resolved within SLA targets.
• Manage IT projects from planning to execution.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee system security, data integrity, and IT performance.
• Handle IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor relations.
• Conduct regular reviews to enhance IT systems and processes.
• Provide advanced support for complex issues.
• Align IT initiatives with business needs and company standards.
• Participate in audits, risk assessments, and business continuity planning.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 7+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong background in infrastructure, networking, security, and IT service management (ITIL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity.
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, PMP) are highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Armenian (mandatory).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
• Competitive salary starting from USD 2,000+, based on experience
