Mighty Apps is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing development and design team. You'll work closely with developers to create intuitive and visually compelling user experiences across our digital products. Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications from concept to final hand-off
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving skills
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
