• Lead Design Development: Oversee and drive the detailed design process, from concept stage to fabrication drawings and cutting lists.
• Technical Review & Compliance: Evaluate architectural and structural inputs to develop technically compliant and feasible aluminium solutions. Ensure designs meet project specifications, material performance standards, and local/international building codes and safety regulations.
• Supervise the preparation of shop drawings, fabrication drawings, (BOQs), and interface coordination drawings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to interpret design plans, resolve technical challenges, and ensure design requirements are met.
•• Site & Production Management: Coordinate with procurement, production, and site installation teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery of materials. Supervise on-site installation works, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance & Safety: Implement quality control procedures, conduct regular inspections, and enforce site safety practices and HSE regulations (Health, Safety, and Environment).
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks (e.g., design clashes, material delays)

Required Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in project management within the aluminium, glass, façade, or construction industries (typically 5-10 years).
• Technical Knowledge: Deep technical knowledge of aluminium systems, curtain walls, structural glazing, ACP cladding, and related fabrication techniques.
