We are pleased to announce an open position for a Project Manager – Construction, offering candidates the opportunity to join our partner’s team in Libya. Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones, and deadlines for assigned areas of responsibility
• Leading the team and coordinating with the project team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Reviewing and approving all relevant on-site documentation
• Allocating resources — including labor, materials, and equipment — to ensure optimal use and project progress
• Communicating and reporting with departments, teams, subcontractors, and workers
• Contributing ideas and innovations for future projects
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience with progressively increasing responsibility
• Certification or professional license is an advantage
• Proven leadership experience on construction projects
• Strong background in detailed planning, quality and quantity control, and project goal analysis
• Experience with internal departmental communication and coordination across all management levels
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Primavera
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to align with the company’s vision and mission
• Strategic thinking and creative planning abilities
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
