Job Description
The Quality Engineer (QA/QC) is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System in accordance with internal and international standards. This includes planning and conducting quality control of materials, products, and processes, developing and enhancing QA/QC procedures and standards, performing inspections, and preparing detailed reports and recommendations for continuous improvement. The role requires close collaboration with production, engineering, and construction teams to ensure the highest level of quality across all operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implementation and maintenance of quality assurance and control systems in line with internal and international standards
• Development and improvement of QA/QC procedures, plans, and processes
• Planning and conducting inspections and quality control of materials, products, and works
• Monitoring and analyzing process performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Preparing quality reports and recommendations for system enhancement
• Collaboration with production, engineering, and construction teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements
• Active cooperation with contractors and subcontractors to maintain quality standards
Requirements:
• University degree in a technical field (mechanical, civil, electrical engineering, or related)
• Experience in quality assurance and/or control (preferably in construction or industrial projects)
• Knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Responsibility, precision, and ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficient in English
