Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and coordination of advanced MEP Revit models and comprehensive shop drawings.
• Review, verify, and approve all MEP drawings to ensure compliance with codes and project specifications.
• Manage multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection within BIM environments.
• Guide junior engineers and draftsmen in Revit standards and technical documentation.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and authorities to resolve design and construction issues.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in MEP engineering with advanced skills in Revit MEP, BIM coordination, and shop drawing production.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-coordination abilities.
