Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Operates and maintains all the air condition systems of all type projects (chilled water, VRF, etc.) along with their distribution network (piping systems, pumps, etc.,) in addition to refrigeration systems.
• Performs all required period inspection of air condition systems.
• Supervises and tracks the preventive maintenance and repairs programs for all the air condition systems and equipment.
• Training the maintenance team on safety and the measures to improve work efficiency and excellence.
• Issue reports based on each site visit.
• Follow major problems (service &installation after handing over).
• Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality and safety control processes.

Related Experience:
• Five to Seven years of experience in chiller machines.
• Proven experience managing a team of technicians.
• Excellent customer service skills.
Education:
• BS. in Mechanical Engineering.
