Opera Hotel Tabarja is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead and supervise front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily front office operations
• Supervise and support front desk team across all shifts
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and VIP arrangements
• Prepare reports and ensure SOP compliance
Requirements:
• Proven experience in front office management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent guest relations and problem-solving abilities
• Hospitality background is mandatory
