El Hayek Contracting is looking for a Female Civil Engineer or Architect to join our team.
Position: Full Time
Location: Fanar
Start Date: Immediate
Scope of Work:
• Preparing and reviewing shop drawings.
• Drafting minutes of meetings and following up on action points.
• Preparing quantity take off for projects and progress reports.
• Generating detailed BOQs for different kind of projects.
• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for material pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinating the submission of materials for consultant approval.
• Conducting site visits when needed to take as-built measurements and coordinate with the site team.
• Assisting with payroll and basic administrative tasks.
• Coordinating with site teams and consultants when needed.
• Supporting project documentation and filing.
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar office role (fresh graduates are welcome if skilled)
• Proficient in AutoCad and Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
