We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in Iraq.
Requirements:
• Extensive, hands-on experience leading and delivering large-scale mechanical projects, with a minimum of 10 years in senior site and project management roles
• Expert-level capability in managing HVAC & Plumbing works, from site execution through testing, commissioning, and final handover
• Proven experience delivering complex, high-specification projects, preferably 5-star hotels and/or hospitals
• Strong on-site leadership with full control over progress, quality, cost, and safety
• Direct responsibility for subcontractor management, site teams, and multidisciplinary coordination
• Deep practical knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and fire-fighting coordination
• Ability to resolve site challenges decisively and drive projects forward under pressure
