Role Overview:
Responsible for leading and overseeing multiple restaurant outlets, driving sales, improving profitability, and ensuring operational excellence and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets.
Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational KPIs.
Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate restaurant managers and teams.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
Support pre-opening of new outlets and expansion projects.
Collaborate with Marketing, QA, CX, Culinary, IT, and senior management.
Implement cost-control measures (food cost, staff cost, non-food cost).
Analyze sales trends, guest feedback, and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same role.
Proven multi-outlet restaurant management experience.
Strong background in budgeting and financial analysis.
Bachelor’s Degree (Catering Science / Culinary Arts preferred).
