IT Support Officer for both L1 and L2
- Indoor and Outdoor
- Address internal IT Issues
- Repair customers' PCs and Laptops, Hardware and software
- Attend customer premises to address IT issues and complete support tickets
- Knowledge in Microsoft365 is a major plus
- Previous experience in IT Support, preferably in corporate setting
