Job Purpose
Drive the enhancement & development of Cosmaline’s brand portfolio by driving the full product development lifecycle, ensuring timely, insight-driven, and high-quality execution of all projects.

Duties And Responsibilities
On Product & Portfolio Development (Potential Projects)
- Lead comprehensive category assessments to identify growth drivers, evolving consumer behaviors, market trends and competitive benchmarks
- Provide the BUM with competition & trend scouting sections of new products Category Presentations delivering timely, insight-rich inputs backed by 360-degree category assessments
- Evaluate Cosmaline’s current portfolio by analyzing sellout performance, IMS data, and market shares to uncover opportunities for optimization, renovation, or discontinuation
- Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research (surveys, focus groups, product testing etc.) and ensure reported findings to BUM are translated into actionable insights
- Scout and benchmark innovative packaging trends to support product differentiation and innovation
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and strategies to identify emerging patterns, strengths, and potential areas of differentiation
- Read industry & trends related Newsletters/news website & submit a monthly report highlighting opportunities
- Synthesize and Cross-link gathered info and share insights with concerned stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a dynamic consumer and market database to facilitate data-driven decision-making and concept validation
On Product & Portfolio Development (Launches)
- Own and Lead the full development cycle of product launches from concept to market launch, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality execution across all stages (concept creation, testing, artwork validation & printing and post-launch evaluation)
- Prepare and deliver clear, innovative, structured briefs to concerned teams (R&D, agencies, procurement, and other stakeholders) to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Oversee all development components (formulas, packaging, labels) to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance, resolving bottlenecks proactively
- Report regularly to BUM the risks, blockers, and solutions that may impact deliverables or launch dates
- Conduct post-launch evaluations by analyzing consumer feedback, sales performance, and market reception to assess success and generate actionable learnings for future projects
On Compliance
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory and quality compliance and proactively suggest improvements and best practices
- Abide by the internal regulations and ISO/GMP standards throughout the product development process
Education And Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Product Design or related field.
Master's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is a plus
Experience
3-4 years of experience in product development or marketing of FMCG
