We are a software engineering company comprised of around 30 employees located in Beirut.
We are looking for a mature HR officer with 5+ years of experience.
Responsibilities:
• Drive a positive culture
• Recruiting: job postings, resume screening, interviews, hiring
• Induction - orientation
• Employee evaluations, Employee database
• Prepare reports on HR metrics related to hiring, turnover, performance, and employee engagement
• CNSS forms
• Attendance tracking
• Employment contracts
• All HR related admin work
• Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8 am to 4:30 pm
• Our offices are located at Galaxy Center, Gallerie Semaan, Beirut.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree
• 5+ years experience in HR role
• 3+ years technical recruiting experience
