We are seeking a Waiter/Bartender to support our lobby services.
This dynamic role combines food and beverage services with light bar duties, ensuring guests enjoy seamless service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in the lobby with professionalism and friendliness.
- Take orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
- Prepare and serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and our specialty drinks.
- Provide recommendations to guests on menu items and drinks selection, based on guest preferences.
- Maintain presentation of the lobby lounge, ensuring compliance with hotel standards.
- Support F&B operations during peak times and special events.
Requirements:
- 1-year prior experience in a similar role is a must.
- Good knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques.
- Customer centricity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to attend both AM and PM shifts.
