Job Summary:
The BA Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the Beauty Advisor’s performance and to optimize their contributions to the sales. He/She is also responsible for the continuous training of the Beauty Advisors.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
8 years of experience, preferably in the beauty industry, including 4 years in a supervisory role with a proven track record in team management.
Fluent in English and Arabic is essential. French is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proven interpersonal, communication, and selling skills with an ability to provide great customer service.
Portrays an aesthetic that echoes professionalism and the brand’s image.
