Job Summary
The Social Media Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of Stays and More and its client accounts. The role combines account management, content coordination, community engagement, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, trend-aware, passionate about tourism and hospitality, and capable of handling multiple client accounts while maintaining high-quality communication and content standards.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Manage daily social media activities for Stays and More and assigned client accounts.
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms (not necessarly all).
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone of voice, and visual presentation.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Client Account Management
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with clients to collect content, approvals, promotions, offers, and campaign requirements.
• Build monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
• Attend meetings and prepare account updates and follow-ups.
Content Coordination
• Provide and Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters.
• Assist in developing captions, stories, reels concepts, and campaign ideas.
• Support the creation of tourism, lifestyle, hospitality, and destination-focused content.
• Ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with objectives.
Community Management
• Respond to comments, messages, inquiries, and reviews professionally.
• Engage with audiences to increase community interaction and brand loyalty.
• Escalate customer service issues or sensitive matters when needed.
Campaign & Performance Support
• Assist in launching and monitoring paid advertising campaigns.
• Track social media performance metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Recommend improvements based on analytics and audience behavior.
Business Development Support
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.
• Support promotional campaigns, influencer collaborations, partnerships, and tourism activations.
• Contribute ideas to improve engagement, bookings, and conversions for clients.
