Overview of Responsibilities:
- Receive payments from customers for food and beverage purchases.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure
accurate balances.
- Enter customers’ orders into the system.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by greeting customers,
answering their questions and assisting with menu choices.
- Address any customer concerns or complaints professionally and courteously.
- Reconcile daily sales at the end of every shift, and prepare daily reports of cash
counts and sales.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School or BT Diploma is required.
- Knowledge of Customer service is a plus.
Years of Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
